Angsio Tofu

Level of difficulty: Very Low
Level of complicated-ness: Low
Time of preparation: +/- 10 minutes
Time of cooking: +/- 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Fried tofu (I used 1 block of Tofu and fried it)
  • 10 Hioko Mushrooms (slice well)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce*
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce*
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil*
  • a pinch of Salt, Sugar and Pepper
  • mix 1 tbsp of Corn Starch with 3 tbsp of water (Tepung Maizena dicairin)
*mix all the sauces in a bowl

Directions:

  • cook garlic in medium heat, until it turn a bit brown.
  • add the tofu and mushroom, stir it well
  • add the sauces and a bit of water
  • last but not least add corn starch to thicken the sauce
  • angsio tofu is ready to be served
