Time of cooking: +/- 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Fried tofu (I used 1 block of Tofu and fried it)
- 10 Hioko Mushrooms (slice well)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce*
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce*
- 1 tsp Sesame oil*
- a pinch of Salt, Sugar and Pepper
- mix 1 tbsp of Corn Starch with 3 tbsp of water (Tepung Maizena dicairin)
Directions:
- cook garlic in medium heat, until it turn a bit brown.
- add the tofu and mushroom, stir it well
- add the sauces and a bit of water
- last but not least add corn starch to thicken the sauce
- angsio tofu is ready to be served
