Ingredient:
- 300 gr Chicken breast meat (diced)
- 3 dried hot chili pepper (diced)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1/2 T. cooking wine
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. cor starch
Sauce:
- 1/2 T. Cooking wine
- 2 T. Soy sauce
- 2 T. Water
- 2 t. sugar
- 1 1/2 T. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 T. corn starch
2. Heat the wok, and add 1 T. oil, fry the dry chilli pepper on the low heat until fragrance, this process take around 3 minutes, add the chicken, green onion and the sauce, turn the heat to the high and quickly stir fry, remove and place it in the serving dish.
serve with steamed rice.
